CrossFit Progression is a community-based strength and conditioning facility with an emphasis on social integration. At its core, you will find a tight-knit support network of members that are highly dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. The backbone of the program is Olympic style lifting mixed with traditional CrossFit workouts. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.
We created the progression boot camp for people looking to get started on a fitness journey. We have it to help people take the first step. Whether you are restarting your fitness after a break, or this is your first real entry into a health and fitness lifestyle. This program uses body weight exercises, functional movements, and metabolic conditioning to develop strength and endurance, while promoting fat loss. Workouts are fun and intense, and can be adjusted to any individual’s physical ability regardless of past experience. When you are finished with boot camp you will be ready to continue your health and fitness journey by enrolling in one of our programs, or continuing on your own with the information we have provided you with. Our boot camp is more than just working out.
During each hour session that meets three times a week, boot campers will move through workouts derived from functional fitness, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and varied strength and body weight movements to achieve the results you’ve been looking for. We provide expert coaching and motivation to get the maximum physical and mental performance; you provide the guts and sweat.
Each workout session ends with a group discussion. Your Progression coach will lead the group through various topics, including: workout intensity, fluid intake, sleep, stress management, nutrition, supplements and much more. And when it comes to nutrition, we wholly believe that it’s an integral part of any health and fitness program. With Progression Boot Camp, we teach you how to build a foundation for healthy eating habits that you will carry with you in and out of the gym and long into the future.

Our Beginners class is designed with our newest members in mind, but it’s also great if you need a refresher after a break or just take it back down to the basics. Foundational skills and technique work are emphasized in these classes, then are followed by a CrossFit workout to train those skills. These classes are small and limited in size so that the coaches can really maximize time with each participant.
Our REV Program is the next evolution of your fitness journey after you complete the Boot Camp program. After you’ve developed a good base of technique for our foundational movements, we’ll focus on the core and cardiovascular endurance. REV gets your metabolism humming and you’ll get an idea of relative intensity — your individual rate at which to work so that you optimize your personal performance and results.
This class is also great for endurance athletes looking to maintain their work capacity through the winter months so that the engine stays primed to work as competition season rolls around. Get stronger while keeping the muscular endurance you’ve worked so hard for.
Finally, for our CrossFit focused athletes, REV is an awesome supplemental program for your CrossFit workouts. Everyone benefits from a little extra endurance training if it’s designed smartly to keep your performance optimized and it complements your main programming.
CrossFit Progression’s Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts, the snatch, and the clean and jerk. Our programming follows set cycles ranging appropriate for beginner to advanced level lifters. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport. We have also found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our Olympic lifting classes meet Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 9 am.
CrossFit Progression Yoga is our restorative yoga and CrossFit mobility class geared towards CrossFitters and strength athletes. Flexibility is a key element to a wellness regimen that is often overlooked. Mobility Classes will complement all strength and endurance programs. Mobility and flexibility are heavily emphasized, with a strong focus on core strength for stability and balance to help you move in and out of lifts with greater ease.
Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youth athletes are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood.
This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships. We offer programs for 2 age groups, Ages 5-8 and Ages 9-12, to ensure the needs of the kids are met in a developmentally appropriate setting.
